Heat Fastpitch Academy’s home facility is located in Newton, KS, just N. of the Wichita metro area. We also have teams based in Salina, Hutchinson, and Derby, and we’re continuing to expand. Unlike large organizations where you simply “buy the name,” our owners work directly with every player and coach, ensuring all of our teams receive the same high-level development and support. If you’re a coach or team looking to join a proven, family-focused program, we’d love to talk with you. 2026 Season

Positions We Are Wanting To Fill

 

Contact: Anthony at 316-727-1622 to setup a workout with a team. We want you to meet the players, parents, coaches, and the owners before you decide to play for a Heat team. We want to make sure it is a great fit for everyone. 

 

G2 Heat 18 VanZant Showcase team

Pitcher or Middle Infielder; Currently looking for a Strong Pitcher who is wanting to get mound time at College Showcase Tournaments and in front of college teams around the country. Or we would take a strong Middle Infielder looking to get exposure. 

*This team will have a significant travel schedule playing in College Showcase events. 
 

Heat 18B Lawler

Pitcher, Catcher, or outfielder. Will play mostly local area tournaments with some regional travel. 

Heat 16 Flores

Pitcher, Utility, or Outfielder. Played colleges in the fall and will play in  college showcases during the season. Local and Midwest travel schedule to play in college showcases. 

 

16 Kvasnicka (Salina Team)

Stong utility player or Pitcher, This team played against colleges in the fall and will play in college showcase tournaments this summer season. Local and Midwest travel schedule

 

16C/B Willis (Derby Team)

Strong Pitcher, Catcher, or utility player. This team will play local tournaments and some regional travel to college showcases.

 

14B Garcia

Pitcher, infielder or outfielder. Has played in college showcases this fall and will play in College Showcases with Local and Midwest travel. 

 

14C Smith (Hutchinson Team) Pitcher or utility player - Local tournaments.
